Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of OnePercent. They are short on purpose.

What OnePercent does

OnePercent reads bank statements you import, works out which credits are business turnover under Georgian Small Business Status rules, converts them to GEL at the National Bank of Georgia rate for each transaction's date, and prepares the figures for your monthly declaration on rs.ge. It also tracks deadlines and can remind you about them.

It does not file anything on your behalf. You submit your own declaration on rs.ge; we prepare the numbers and show you where they go.

This is not tax or legal advice

OnePercent is software that applies published Georgian regulations. It is not an accountant, a tax adviser or a lawyer, and using it does not create a professional relationship of that kind.

For anything unusual — a disputed classification, a change of status, an audit, a question about whether a payment is turnover at all — talk to a qualified adviser. We have built the product to show its reasoning and cite the rule behind every decision precisely so that you or your accountant can check it.

You are responsible for what you file

The declaration is yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to the Revenue Service, and for any tax, interest or penalty that arises from it.

That is not us disowning the software. It is the reason the product is built the way it is: every figure is traceable to the statement row it came from, every classification names the rule that produced it, and anything the system is not confident about is flagged for you to decide rather than quietly counted. Review the figures before you file. If something looks wrong, it may well be — tell us and we will look at it.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 18 and using the service for a real individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia. One account is one person. Do not use the service to handle someone else's tax affairs unless they have asked you to and you are entitled to.

What we ask of you

  • Give accurate information about yourself and your business — the calculation is only as good as its inputs.
  • Import complete statements. A month with a missing week produces a confident, wrong answer, and the product will tell you when it detects a gap.
  • Keep your sign-in secure.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to process data you have no right to.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and correct, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Tax deadlines do not move for outages: if the service is unavailable near a filing date, you remain responsible for filing on time, and you can always file directly on rs.ge without us.

The service is currently free while in beta. If that changes, existing users will be told in advance, not billed by surprise.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from figures you did not check before filing.

This does not limit liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and it is not intended to excuse us from fixing our own mistakes. If a defect in OnePercent causes a wrong filing, tell us — we will investigate it, correct the software, and help you put the filing right.

Ending it

You can stop using the service whenever you like and ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to process data unlawfully.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, we will say so in the application before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia.
